4. Remember we are a team. Sometimes when we feel low then we tend to be a bit more critical and judgemental of others. Revert back to saying alhamdulillah if that’s the case. Remember that we are all one team I.e: a football team if they’re picking on each other they won’t move forward. If someone has a talent that you don’t, be happy for them because that’s your team.
5. It’s been proven time and again that the happiest people are the ones who build others. So go ahead and shoot the compliments around, mentor someone, and just build your team

Solstice Power Yoga Celebrates 2 Year Anniversary in Lynnfield, MA 01940, United States

Free classes will be offered on Tuesday at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. in honor of the milestone.

 – To celebrate the two year anniversary of Solstice Power Yoga at MarketStreet, owner Lisa Garlitz is offering two free classes on Tuesday.
Garlitz started doing yoga in 2002 after her second child was born, and was “instantly hooked.” She opened Solstice Power Yoga in Lynnfield two years ago, on Oct. 18, 2014.
“In the 2 years we have been opened, we have also worked with many non-profits doing yoga fundraisers [including Whole Planet Foundation, Wakefield Food Pantry, Yoga Reaches Out],”said Garlitz in a news release. “What makes us different is the amazing, genuine, kind, welcoming instructors and staff. We love our beautiful Solstice community and are so excited to be celebrating our second anniversary with all of our wonderful clients.”
Solstice offers power yoga (intense yoga in a 95 degree studio), beginners classes, and warm flow classes at a lower temperature.
The studio will offer the free classes on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Solstice will also have discounts and special offers as part of its anniversary. The studio is at 245 Market St., Lynnfield.
